Installation

• Free Installation: We offer free installation for most of our water purifiers and filters within Dhaka city. For locations outside Dhaka, standard installation charges may apply.
• Scheduling: After you place your order, our support team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an installation appointment at your convenience.
• Expert Technicians: Our installations are carried out by skilled and certified technicians to ensure your product is set up correctly and safely.

Warranty & Service

• Service Warranty: We provide a 5-year free service warranty for our products. This includes 3 service visits per year at no charge for labor. Charges for any replacement parts will be separate.
• Parts Guarantee: Most of our products come with a 1-year guarantee on electrical parts. Please refer to the specific product page for detailed warranty information.
• Requesting Service: You can easily request a service by calling our helpline, or submitting a service request form on our website.
